Listen,

-You can't bulk up and do cardio to keep fit at the same time unless you have a strict diet(Because cardio breaks down to many layers of muscle). If you want to bulk up you have to take usually 3-4 months off and just do weight training, or whenever you reach your goal.
-Also its 1.3-1.5grams of protein per pound. So lets say you are 200 pounds, you do 200 x 1.5= 300. *(so 300grams is the amount of protein you need in a day). So then you divide 300 on 5 or 6, (because you need 5-6 meals a day spaced out every 2-3 hours), so then its like 50 grams of protein per meal.
-You also need 50 grams of carbs every 2 hours, and 60 grams only in the mornings or prior workout
-Dont have carbs at night, only have a shake with some good fats like peanut butter or fish oil. or cottage cheese with some almonds.(prevents you from turning catabolic over night)

Lift heavy as you can, you dont get built over night you know..so you shouldnt be worried about getting 'too big'.

Once you reach your peak of what you want to be in size, start to hit cardio and boxing training (also incorpororating light-medium weights.)
