3yrs ago IMO it was without a doubt #1 and #2 Winky Wright and James Toney.....But as mentioned Winky gets hit a lot more often and Toney is pretty much non existant plus his last 2 fights Peter was hitting him easily...

Also IMO Spinks should be up at least one notch....
