I mean going by what's written and said he would have gone undefeated and would have retired undefeated also. Cause for starters he was robbed in all of his loses and the Draw. But would he have won those fights instead of loosing it would have added to his legacy but since he lost they don't count.

Just about every Pernell fan acknowledges that the Oscar fight was a very close fight that easily could have gone to either fighter. The complaining with that fight is strictly about the gap in the scorecards (which is exactly what this author talks about). The scorecards were so wide that it gives the apperance that Pernell needed a KO to have a chance to win.
If Oscar had won by a split decision where all the card were about 115-113, you would hear very little complaining about that fight, it wouldn't make any Top 10 controversial decisions list.
