Cotto and margarito determining the best welter?

Yep pretty much its no brainer although i still think Paul Williams has Antonio Margarito's number.

You may wann look at the last few rounds of that fight to really be able to say he has his number.

Paul Williams won the 12th round.

Im not making excuses for Margo's loss to Williams he clearly lost and does need to rematch Williams regardless of Saturdays fight especially if he losses, but towards the back end of that fight MArg was pouring it on and was actually catching alot of Williams' shots literally. That shows incredible timing. But if we do assume that Williams has the recipe for defeating Tony, that recipe consists of throwing more shots than Tony and being able to fight alot more form the outside due to his height...not Cotto specialties.
