As for the question at hand there are far too many ATG from Mexico for me to choose, I try and contribute, but this one would take at least a week to compile a list of my top 10 in no order.
Not to mention Oscar lost most of his big fights against really good fighters: Mosley (the rematch was a ripoff though), Trinidad, Hopkins, Mayweather.....all losses
