You can ignore people that have views you find silly/different... although it's far more fun to debate/argue with people that hold the opposite view.

Remember though - however sound your argument is, however silly their argument is, you will NEVER change their mind.

No one ever admits defeat.

Even clearly beaten debaters, that retreat with tail between legs, will carry-on peddling their silly view within minutes of a new thread surfacing.
