but if im honest i done my ankle and was back into trainign well to early, if i was you just go dont run skip or do jumping excercises at the moment try getting on a excercise bike or cross trainer for cardio
One of those isn't it.
I've been itching to get back into training for about 4 weeks now.
Now I'm 85% - I want to get back.
But I'll be seriously pissed if I do my ankle again through training too early.
