I hate to do it, but I agree with Sweet pea . Oscar owns the Ring, yes, but at least they follow who beats who and linearize the champ. It makes a little more sense to me. Nobody's gonna come outta retirement from a loss ranked #1 on the Ring Mag Belt.

The problem I have with ring magazine is that they had Casa as ring champion conveniently when he was about to fight a golden boy fighter in Marquez. Casa got his ass handed to him by a bum like Santa Cruz yet they still said he was champ but Campbell who beat the next big thing . . the undfeated unified champion in Diaz , is not recognised as the best ?! Gimme a break

Conveniently? Your an idiot dude. Casa was the champ because he beat Diego: THE CHAMP. You get it. It is pretty simple. The person who beats the champion becomes the champion. That had nothing to do with ODLH.
