It really depends on how your gyms set up,mine is set up by appointment only,and when I have you,your ass is mine alone.
There's no overall gym fee,just the session fee.
Most other gyms double dip,but if your confident enough to ask for private sessions,you should expect that.
I try not to judge,I run a small gym,and I own it lock stock and barrell,so I dont have to worry about anything short of replacing equipment.
See,there is something to be said for how we run things in WV,we all run our gyms out of our homes,though if I get someone to buy some of my baseball and football cards,theres a garage across the river I might move it to.
The most well known gym in the state is run out of Butch's basement,its produced champions though.
