So, I bought a five pack of training sessions at my local all purpose gym. it was expensive and arguably I was ripped off, but my thought was that it will introduce me to boxing and if I want to go from there I can belong to a more professional boxing gym.

Question for the trainers: what should I look for in the first few sessions? What should he be teaching me? Generally, what happens in the first couple of sessions?

Take into consideration that I'm not attempting to become the next great super middleweight champion. I love the sport and I love the workout and I'd like to get in a few rounds sparring.

    Thanks again.
