He has fought pretty much all kinds of styles and has come out victorious. I am not so sure about his first fight against Castillo and De La Hoya though. If someone ever cuts or bruises him, that would be impressing.

I just want to see him loose and then see how fans take it who seem to see Pac as the complete perfect flawless boxer who's victories against JMM were 100% clear/convincing and will never ever loose even if he jumps to the heavyweights. I just hope Pac gives Mayweather all the honorable credit and respect with no excuses "My socks had the wrong color...It was a bit cloudy outside...etc."
are u sayin that his fight with Oscar was close or that he had a difficult time with his style??
No, all I am saying is that ODLH was passed his prime, old, worned out, drained, no gas left in the tank, and pretty much everything else that Pac and his whole team even mentioned. Even they all knew this was an opportunity to add a nice name to the resume. It happens all the time when boxing legends decide to stay in the ring longer than they should: Ali, Leonard, Tyson, Chavez, etc. etc. etc. and now ODLH. I am surprised people ignore this fact. Pac is good, no doubt, and keeps improving in my opinion. He just happened to fight an old, worned out, drained, passed his prime, ODLH. Just like ODLH did when he faced JC Chavez. What goes around comes around I guess.

KananKrus,
I'll give it a try.
The funny thing is that before the fight NO ONE knew that ODLH was washed up. The media thought that the fight was a mismatch and thus bad for the sport. Most boxers thought pacman would lose. The sports books had pacman as a heavy underdog. Even a philipino politician thought pacman would lose. Many people even thought pacman would get knocked out! Going into the ring as such an underdog and still beaming with confidence and courage speaks for itself. The win was huge. This was not a case of Calzaghe v. Jones where the boxing public universally thought Calzaghe would win on points because RJJ was passed his prime. This was a HUGE upset.

Did ODLH change that much from May of 2007 - when he battled Floyd to a split decision loss - to ODLH in December of 2008, when he was destroyed by Pacquiao? It is obvious he changed, but Mayweather didn't maul ODLH like Pacquiao did and Mayweather is naturally a bigger man than Pacquiao.

Because of his accomplishments and ability, PBF should be heavily favored in a fight with Pacquiao, but the intrigue for the fight is justified.
