Wrap it up with ice in 15-20 mintute's intervels at a time.Rest your wrist up for a couple of weeks,so dont try and work out on the heavy bag in the meen time mate.Another great tip too mate,is to dab a bit of WITCH HAZEL on your wrist because that will bring out any brusing that might be there.You can get WITCH HAZEL from more or less anywhere such as supermarkets or Boots.Good luck on healing up my friend!!![]()
