WTF (I think) do full contact to the body but no contact to the head. They're the guys who wear the armour and it's that style that the Olympics follow.

With that in mind, I would think they do less high kicking as you don't get any points for head contact.

I did ITF, which is, in theory, semi-contact to everywhere. There has been enough blood and teeth in the tournaments I used to compete to make me always go to properly hit my opponent .... but still, that's the rules.

If I did WTF, I would be conditioned to not do high kicks in sparring, though I'm sure they would do it in patterns etc.






Anyway, von, how does she know that you don't just want to check out her butt? Actually, I think this is all a ploy to allow you to check out MY butt.
