ok 6th day now at boxing gym and my hands are kind of hurting on and off and my wrist also. On the 4th day I cant throw power on my punches when hitting the mits because my hands hurt.

Is it normal? here is what we do daily

Stretching
Jog 10mins
Skip rope
Heavy Bag
Mitts & movment
Speed Bag
Doube end bag
Crunches

thats all sometimes i want to go on but i can't because my hands hurt and wrist.

I never did anything since i enter college for 4years except class and sit on my computer no exericse or anything, maybe this why is my hands are so weak.

Will it strengthen in time if i just keep on boxing? Or is there some way to strengthen more effecitively.
