Well it depends for me cuz im small for my weight so if im sparring someone taller i normally use;
  • Fake jab, Jab, straight right, and then that sets me up for my best shot the left hook to the body and cuz im smaller i can get right into the lower ribs
If im sparring someone the same height then i normally use;
  • Double jab, straight right, left hook to the head, then straight right near the middle of the chest (may wind your opponent if u catch em right)
Them styles seem to suit me at the minute but im 16 and 110kg so it may not appeal to a lightweight or flyweight.
