Ugh! Triathlon training this morning was brutal. 30 minute bike and 30 minute run.(on 5 hours of sleep and a brutal plyometrics workout in boxing last night)
This afternoon we're going over to the other club to spar. It will be my last sparring before my fight on Saturday so I hope I'm sharp.![]()
