Listen: I agree Vlad/Vitali would be a big step up for Cris right now - maybe too big of a step up. However, I like his odds against most of the other heavyweights in the top ten, but I agree I would like his odds more if he came into the fight in better shape. The odd thing is allegedly he worked harder for this fight than for his last fight yet he weighed more in this fight. I guess he worked on weights rather than cardio.

On other hand, he looked more focused in this fight and I think fought better than many people thought he would. Correct me if I'm wrong, but many people called Jameel to upset Cris in this fight or that the fight would go into the championship rounds. It didn't. Cris ended it in 4.
