Best fighter he fought in his whole reign at MiddleWeight was Glen Johnson, the rest were nobodies. De La Hoya and Tito never had a chance, they are Aelter Weights fighting a guy that walks around at 175lbs. Tarver aint no hall of famer, Winky should never have fought at 170lbs. I know you can pick holes in anybodies rtecord and I do think B-Hop is a great, but his record (especially his middle weight reign) doesn't bare many victories against prime fighters at their correct weight!!
