Who has the better resume, Mayweather or Hopkins?

Hopkins by far!! He probably has one of the best resumes in history along with all the greats like Ali, sugar ray etc Not only does he have a great resume alot of them have been at an old age.

I think B-Hop is awesome, but his resume aint that great!

Best fighter he fought in his whole reign at MiddleWeight was Glen Johnson, the rest were nobodies. De La Hoya and Tito never had a chance, they are Aelter Weights fighting a guy that walks around at 175lbs. Tarver aint no hall of famer, Winky should never have fought at 170lbs. Credit for Pavlik though

I know you can pick holes in anybodies rtecord and I do think B-Hop is a great, but his record (especially his middle weight reign) doesn't bare many victories against prime fighters at their correct weight!!

I agree his record at Middleweight ain't great, but i've also noticed that when a boxer has ruled at one division for along time there record opposition wise, is never that great.

But Keith Holmes wasn't a bad fighter tall and long with a decent right jab, remember he did beat a young version of Richie Woodhall, who is considered one of Joe Calzaghe's best wins. And remember he beat Antwun Echols x2 who also beat Charles Brewer in a up and downer. Who is also considered one of Joe Calzaghe's better wins.

Im a Floyd Mayweather Jr fan and he may of won more titles at different weightclasses, but for me Bernard Hopkins clearly edges Floyd Mayweather Jr in opposition. You may say when Bernard Hopkins beat some of those fighters, there were come circumstances like moving up in weight or past there prime, but i still think Bernard Hopkins edges this argument clearly.
