Re Clottey-Cotto, could round one have been 10-9?

I have no problem with 10-8. But 10-9 is also appropriate. Clottey was comfortably winning the round until he recieved the flash kd.

At minimum it would be scored a 9-8 if you wanted to give Clottey the round

But with the 10 point must ystem in effect, it has to be 10-9 or 10-8, no? Now, I'm not positve about the ten point must system.
