People feel better about the economy than when he started, no? The absolute debacle that was the Republicans in power is giving him a bit of a pass right or wrong.

And vice versa, I am shocked by anybody who is confident of anything good happening to Republicans, whose "brand" has been shot to shit, and who appear to be parading out a hilariously weak set of candidates for 2012 to run up against a popular president. It screams landslide.
