Manny is faster than Cotto,Cotto fought Mosley who was alot faster than him and he did well against the speed.Timing kills speed if he can time Manny right.
Mosley has fast hands but his foot speed isnt comparable to Pac's or maybe he has great food speed but he doesnt use it much.
