Actually a quick scan (it's all I could manage) of your needs and they were almost identical to mine and I paid $400 for my laptop. I like it, it's an Acer I bought at Wal-Mart. Acers are good little computers, I like my Acer (formerly Gateway) desktop MUCH more then the ever slow and underperforming Dell desktop I have. HPs are my absolute favorite I think they make the best laptops but Acer for the money is right up there with them. I love my laptop, 15 inch screen and runs great.
