If Manny is roiding, then Floyd was too. Look how big Floyd got. No one was forcing Floyd to take extra blood test out side of the norm of boxing. It's not in the rules so why ask for it. Floyd can't go around changing boxing at his own command. Floyd is not the one in charge. If the boxing authorities agree to change the rules, then so be it but we can't have fighters making up the rules or changing them as they see fit. There is no doubt things are not right in boxing, but Floyd is going about it the wrong way. I am all for Government intervention here.

Floyd is subjecting himself to the same testing though. Boxing is almost entirely up to private contracts, they can ask for whatever they want. Should all fighters that come in overweight also be charged 10 million dollars per pound? Is that a precident we want to set?

Agreed that is also out of hand I mean 10 million per pound c'mon here...That is just crazy...I am not sure if that was thrown out before the request from Floyds camp for the Test or after but it is still out of hand...

10 million per pound is ridiculous but if it's applied to a previous proven offender, it sounds fair. i'm guessing that offender (floyd) will have second thoughts coming in over the agreed contract weight again
