It is a FACT that random blood AND urine tests are the most conclusive form of testing available at the moment. I could post 10000 links on the subject, yet I doubt that most Pacquiao fans would even bat an eyelid and continue to praise their hero. I can see that most Pac fans have already made their minds on the issue, no matter how reality stares at them.
