And this for me is far worse than asking for random drug tests, which on an ethical basis are quite justified. Manny Pacquiao was never a WW champion by my reckoning. It was an illegitimate title fight. It should be voided and kept simply as a W in Manny's favour. Cotto is still the champion for me.
