    Default dont understand

Ok something i still dont understand is with the jab and the right cross is are they both supposed to land right in the centre by that i mean as if there was an imaginary centre line running throught youre body and allows you to punch with perfect balance?
Or does the jab travel up the left hand side of the centre line and the straight right crosses over it?
I just cant figure it out i know when i have thrown it correctly by the way it feels,But i just want to try and understand what is going on mechanically so to speak.
    Can anyone please explain?

The line is the back of the Head in relation to the Coxxys and back Foot. It shouldnt alter, never reach with the shots it means Trouble and the loss of Balance and Power. Plus then you are Fighting two things, The Opponent and Gravity not a good idea you can beat the opponent but Gravity will always Win.

Get a fitball, put it against the wall put your back against it, your upper back. Now shadow Box in that position and dont let the Ball drop down the wall is a good way of doing it to understand how it works.

I gotta agree with ya...your're over doing things

I 'd stick more to the quality, speed and accuracy of the jab and right cross than the lines of latitude

What i mean is i imagine that when i throw my jab it travels up the inside of the centre line and the right cross crosses over the line. But i know that this is not the reason it is called the right cross.
