Mayweather's impressive numbers started with Oscar, thus he is classed as a modern PPV star like Pac

but his numbers have still completely overshadowed Pacquiao's, hence why i put him ahead

I wouldn't say overshadowed. Yes Floyd does great PPV. But you have to take into account Floyd is American, he's been mixing it with HBO for over 10 years.

Pac is a foreigner. He's doing 850,000 and 700,000 with fellow foreigners. Those are numbers that far surpass any top American PPV fighter (other than those mentioned) in the last ten years or so.
