Anyone else like Tarver as an announcer?

I think he's a quite good commentator but he seems to get caught on things like a broken record sometimes. Never the less... He is good. I don't mind him at all. I think he's much better than some other fighters they tend to thow behind a mic. He actually is believable and even if he wasn't a fighter, you can take to him because he's pretty eloquent and follows the action well.

While we're on the subject... Can someone tell an exec at HBO that Lenox Lewis is an idiot?! Does Lewis have pictures of an HBO exec cheating on his wife or something?.. Cuz he is just bad! Great fighter... Horrible commentator.

I think Nate Campbell would be a good commentator as well.

I'm with Amat though, I mean it is what it is, commentator's aren't there to inform people that follow boxing closely, they're there for the casual fans.
I do think Tarver is a very good announcer. As an aside everytime I see BJ Flores, I think he's trying to sell me a used car.
