For sure, I am a critic of both regimes and I have no qualms in saying that this is absolutely true. But like I have said, I have been very critical of England and Korea over the years too. I even started a thread about China and have no doubt contributed to numerous other threads started by others on a range of other countries and topics.

At the end of the day, Britain, Israel and America are closely aligned as the imperial colonialist operators in the world today and that is where my focus is most closely concentrated. Britain and America created Israel and that I am quite comfortable with Israels existence. I have no qualms with that, but we have a responsibility to ensure that this state follows international law and respects human rights and provides fair and equal opportunities for those living within the territories and Israel itself. I have an interest in the region and no doubt that spills over into my posting. I have only started about 2 threads about Israel and a couple on America. My ire is always aimed at the political elite and not the citizens of a country, so I struggle to see that as particularly hateful.

As for Amir Khan, for sure I'm not his biggest fan, but I don't hate him either. I was very angry about the Barrera result no doubt, but these days I just kind of play on the Khan hate thing. Go and look at recent Khan threads, I really don't see any vitriol there. Given time I come to accept a fighter for what they are. He is now fighting a puncher and that is good. If he wins I would like to see him step it up further. I don't regard that as particularly bitter or cynical. Every boxing fan wants to see a fighter try and better himself. I loathed Pac too, but quite like him now. Khan may very well do the same, but currently I am still rather lukewarm. If people do good things then I tend to treat with respect in turn. That goes for all things really, both people and states.

Anyway, I have jobs to apply for so I am out of here for a bit. Enjoy the film!
