Still pretty meaningless, most of those sports have no meaning in the real world. No offense but to make a list of these kinds of people is a bit sad.
Sport is just an entertainment so based on that, nothing is important.
However, the goal was to show Bilbo that we had top notch athletes in many fields areas and no matter what you might think about these sports, most of them are quite practiced around the globe. You know MIles, there are other sports than football that are widely practiced and when you can have top guys in so many disciplines, it should say something

I could have add Judo legend Nicolas Gill to the list too.
and you failed miserably!
Having to claim Lennox Lewis is a real lowpoint. A Jamaican man, born in London who won a medal for Canada over 20 years ago and then fought for Britain everafter is your example of a current Canadian great.
Sorry but skaters don't really count. You are part of that Northern icebelt just below the Artic circle along with Iceland, Finland, Northern Russia etc, of course you will have good skaters and skiers etc. I imagine some of the world's greatest sledgers come from Canada too, but that only equates to Brits listing a string of snooker and darts playing greats to highlight our international sporting talent.
What I got from the names put forward so far, was that in your entire country's history you've had one guy who could run pretty fast.
I googled him. Unsurpsingly he was also born elsewhere and only moved to Canada at the age of 13. Oh, and his world record, was not 20, but 15 years ago.
Impressive.
I take it back, Belguim surpasses Canada. At least they have Brussells.
Not only I didn'T fail but I can mock your lack of argumentative structure without challenge

You're a cool dude, Bilbo but you should make some philosophy language classes or something because it's rolled in fallacy.
1) Lewis defended Canadians colors at the olympics a while ago but when did he retire tell me? Was he a Canadian citizenship yes or not? Yeah he was, he just relocated to England! Also, just for the record, to be Canadian you don't have to be a "native" for the simple and good reason that based on your funny and shallow argumentation, the only one that could be considered canadians would be the natives as all the other are immigrants or the sons of immigrants
2) Correct me if I am wrong but I didn't mention any skaters in my list, did I?
3) I gave you a list of top hockey, baseball, basketball, wrestling and judo athletes, this is not "only skaters dude" and even if it was "only skaters", it is debunking your "no good athlete" theory as good skaters/ice hockeyers do count for good athlete no matter what.
IT's too easy discussing with you when you go on a whim without thinking properly, Bilbo.
