They have a life out there and families to go back home to, that's why I have never blamed someone like Ortiz for refusing to fight on against Maidana. But in this instance, people are right, it was the fault of the corner and some of the blame also falls on the ref.
I agree 100%. Unfortunately, most fighters who do that seem to be stigmatized for the rest of their careers as a result.
