Oh right, I was thinking specifically of British PPVs. That fight is just about the only Non-Brit fight Sky would show PPV anyway. The only time they have American PPVs is when they're bolstering the British leg.

Should that fight happen there's no doubt whatsoever their "no ppv" would quickly get the spanish. Fact. Double fact.

As for Floyd fighting Pac being ppv. Whilst I agree it SHOULD be ppv (or at least I'd pay it), I don't think Sky would be able to justify a fight starting at 5am, not involving a British fighter, being ppv. Then again, I think a clue is in the source: ""That is not to say we will never return to pay-per-view. It’s just not right for us at the moment." I.e until a big enough fight happens.

This ain't really the great news many think. Which fighters do Sky currently show that are PPV? Khan is currently on Primetime PPV. Haye, the only other PPV fighter, is currently set to retire.

That leaves Frank Warren shows. Have you not noticed the new BoxNation channel 456? It's all Frank Warren repeats. It's probably been set-up for his own PPVs.

So nothing is really changing.

F*ck Sky, they should never have gone PPV, lost me as a loyal customer years ago, only join monthly to watch the Pac Man fights and whatever else I can get in that month. I will join again for his next fight and get to hopefully watch Cotto v Marg, and froch v Andre for "free" on their channel.
