Milton McCrory vs Colin Jones Underrated Fights.

Those were GREAT fights. I thought Jones won the first one.

It was fun watching a guy as athletically limited as Jones find ways to compete with the far more talented Iceman.

I remember one of the announcers (no idea who) say something like "Colin Jones may just be too much man for McCrory."

Milton McCrory looked alot like Tommy Hearns style wise, he had the flicker jab the footwork the speed the height. But he didn't have that thundering power like Tommy Heans.

True Hearns had frightening power with either hand and he did not want to win on points with his jab. What about Hearns v Curry that would be a great match up.

As good as the mid-late 80's welter crew of Curry, Starling, Honeyghan, McCrory, Blocker, Bumphus, Brown etc were.

I really think Ray Leonard and Tommy Hearns and Roberto Duran (in top shape) were on a different plane. I think Hearns takes Curry out,
