If you are on CCTV you have a legal right to request a copy at anytime... its the law or it used to be

Just checked the supermarket and they do not have CCTV, was given the wrong information about them having it. So no use completing this statment. I drive a S Max not a scooter like Mark TKO.

Having bad luck with car parks, I have previously received £60 ticket from Asda because I could not be bothered to put £1 which you get back and now I have received today another £50 for parking more than 2 hours at a shopping centre.

You should've married a paraplegic and then you get to park right up close to the doors

That really sucks and more so that they don't have any footage so that you can catch the bastard. A similar thing happened to me earlier this year and it worked out cheaper just to get a new door than fix the indentation. Bastards!

Don't pay them. Don't ever even speak to them about the ticket. They are invalid parking tickets.

Something to do with not being able to confirm who the driver is.

They said they had me recorded on a camera and i paid otherwise it would have been £100.

    All lies!

I have one here with a picture of my car, they have no legal right to make you pay the fine. If it went to court, the best they would get is breach of contract, with the remuneration being you paying them losses.

What are the losses? The cost of a paying ticket! £1.50, not £150!

    Its all one big blag

Its all one big blag, the fines disproportionate and they lie and cheat their way to your money. Because so many people crumble and pay, they continue. But by law, they have no grounds, no more rights than if I gave you a ticket!
