Having bad luck with car parks, I have previously received £60 ticket from Asda because I could not be bothered to put £1 which you get back and now I have received today another £50 for parking more than 2 hours at a shopping centre.

Don't pay them. Don't ever even speak to them about the ticket. They are invalid parking tickets.

Something to do with not being able to confirm who the driver is.

My brand new car got hit on the side in the car park, the other person left without leaving any information. Contacted the supermarket and they say they have CCTV but only the police can view it. So have completed an incident form from the police station. Just waiting and hoping for the best and a bit of luck.

If you are on CCTV you have a legal right to request a copy at anytime... its the law or it used to be

I have one here with a picture of my car, they have no legal right to make you pay the fine. If it went to court, the best they would get is breach of contract, with the remuneration being you paying them losses.

Its all one big blag, the fines disproportionate and they lie and cheat their way to your money. Because so many people crumble and pay, they continue. But by law, they have no grounds, no more rights than if I gave you a ticket!
