I can't see those two being any tougher than Sonny and Jason from General Hospital, or Victor Newman, from The Young and The Restless. (Eric Braeden was a fighter in real, too.)

Having a mrs who is a soapaholic I happen to be familiar (unfortunately) with both.
Alf Stewart makes Rambo look like a pussy. That man is a one man killing machine. I've seen him defeat world terrorists, fight fire and navigate his way through the bush without an issue. There is no baddie he cannot defeat.
