Missy, you need to be specific you're not "bored with men" you're bored with black dudes and old pervs and if that's all you see all day and the only people that move on you then you perhaps need to change things up.

Try coffee shops and book stores and see if you can't diversify the kind of people you meet.

When men say "So tell me about yourself" its probably because they are nervous, I imagine you are an intimidating gal what with your boxing and belly dancing and your feisty nature

I don't think you'd think that if we met. Yes it takes a certain confidence to get up and dance in front of a room full of people but I'm certainly not in your face or brash... I've got a rescue kitty that I actually rescued.

I do go to coffee shops only to overhear the discussions of the guys there who are dating so & so but sleeping with someone else...kinds ruins it for the good guys out there.

You don't have to be "in your face" or brash to be intimidating. Girls can be intimidating to men even when the girls are not doing anything but looking pretty . Now I don't see things that way but it is a problem for some guys. The way you write, it seems like the whole of England is out of gentlemen bachelors

From the ones I've talked to recently seem to mood swing from thinking they're superman to needy 8yr olds. It's actually very tiring to deal with inconsistencies.

Moody men are just suffering from low self esteem. They try the whole "I'm superman" deal when they try to pump themselves up.

Just how old are these men you meet? And are they mentally and emotionally competent?

I think Missy is suffering from the negative effects of the "chick-a-fication" of men. Men need to remember what it means to be a man all this needless worrying and hemming and hawing isn't manly, men decide, men take charge, but you've also got to know how to have a fucking conversation like a damn grown up.
