Take the two seperate incidents, the headbutt and the two punches. Ortiz got a decent little head butt in, cut Floyds lip, nothin serious the fight goes on. On the other hand Floyd got TWO free POWER SHOTS in right on the chin off ortiz when Ortiz or the ref wasnt even ready. Someone says thats fair? Im sure anyone would rather be in Flyds shoes. I would take a headbutt all day rather than even the first left hook. And at that point in the fight it could have went ethier way, nethier fighter even landed a real good clean shot. Defense by both fighters was tight.

"Decent little head butt"? Ortiz launched himself into Floyd's chin, for crying out loud. It was decent enough to cut Floyd's lip. As for Ortiz or the ref not being ready... how was the ref not ready? He had instructed the fighters to fight. What was he supposed to do? Draw Ortiz a picture? And Ortiz not being ready was his own damn fault. He had already hugged and kissed Floyd once before. Why do it again? And when he got his with the left hook... why the hell didn't he react instead of looking dumbfounded at the ref? Was he expecting Floyd to be given a timeout? And what was Ortiz's reaction after the fight all about? He was all smiles and saying it was fun. WTF?

I can blame Ortiz. Ortiz is a dumb for wanting to love from a punk ass like Floyd in the first place. When I look at Ortiz, now I just shake my head, what the hell were you thinking.

Look at ortiz eyes he was dazed and almost out on his feet. I see where you all are comin from for sure, no lie there. But I think we didnt get to see who the better fighter was and they need to fight again, fight after the Floyd vs Pac.

Honestly it breaks my heart to see any fighter go out like that.
