    Margarito vs Martinez
    Trout vs Martinez
And I know JccJr don't want it, call him out!!! Martinez needs to promo himself.

The fight to be made is
Martinez vs Andre Dirrell at 164
The guys at 154 won't fight him. The guys at 160 won't fight him. 168 is a bridge too far. I don't have a problem with him asking for Floyd or Pac to fight him at 150 or so. Both guys have agreed to it previously for fights. But they won't do it for Martinez.

For as solid a fighter Martinez is he's just trying to get in the mix. I think he's talking through Manny and hoping for Floyd at 154 range. Manny has ok options right now. Just seems more realistic but I dont see Floyd opting for that direction. Sergio is a nice enough guy and tends to drop his hands alot, so ya just never know. Maybe Floyd feels froggy.

I think he starches both Cotto and Margarito...as well as Alvarez who is being guarded like a golden Hen. Hopkins...forget it. I believe in the end Martinez will be forced north to 168.

As high on a roll as hop is at the moment I think sergio takes him at 168. I think sergio would do a calzaghe and just push the pace to a level hop can't sustain at this age, altho he showed good workrate against pascal, pascal isn't exactly all that active.

Be interested as to what Martinez brings to table for incentive to a Hopkins who will be soaring at 2nd peak, assuming he beats Dawson to draw him down to 168? Martinez should shoot straight to 168 if he cannot wait out Floyd-Pac and try to secure a trinket & make a statement. Hopkins vies for 3 division champ thing but more likely goes to cruiser the way he's talking?

Style and ability wise Martinez gives anyone and everyone problems right now. He's pure talent on a mass peak and pleasure to watch......but I'll take hopkins if or when

Pac or Floyd would have no problem defeating Martinez. There just a class above the rest.
The only people I would give a slither of a chance of beating Mayeather or Pac is either Khan or Bradley and that would still be a stupidly tall order.

Wtf have you been smoking? You give Khan and Bradley a better chance than Martinez in beating Mayweather and Pac. lmao!! Comedy gold right there!

I see that you're still in the breast feeding stage of Boxing but Khan aint gonna do shit.. lol.. He aint got a snowball's chance in hell against neither of these men, it's that simple.. Both kahn and Bradley.. They are better off just facing each other.

Coming down in weight definitely robs one of his strength and I see no reason for Martinez to drain his system to come down to Meet PAC. PAC hasn't the right to have anyone that is a welterweight to come in at 142 either if that is what he's thinking. The policy is as far as I am concerned that if we are fighting for a title then the weight limit of the title should be the weight of the weigh-in. If you don't have a title involved then don't drain someone to even the odds because you in essence are screwing with nature and your win doesn't count in my book. Eating a couple of extra meals won't kill Manny. Martinez can pass on the flan for a few weeks but to lose 13 pounds and some solid muscle only keeps the ball in Manny's side of the court. How fair is that? Even if it is one fight, Martinez would not be the awesome fighter at 147 than he has been lately at160. All that work if he loses goes down the tubes and I ask you in the forum that box where did your power and energy go? Martinez should know better than to trade his advantage in unless he knows something we don't.

Khan should be fighting Bradley but thats another fight thats not happening. Bradley deserves a shot at Pac and Floyd because he is undefeated and at the top of the devision below. Khan is also at the top of the devision below them and he has great speed and fitness. They both have a better chance of beating Floyd/Pac than anyone else in the surrounding devisions.
Light welterweight, Maidana, Devon Alexander, no chance.
Welterweight, Mosley, Berto, Ortiz, no chance.
Light middleweight, Cotto, Angulo, Alvarez, no chance.
As far as Martinez goes I dont think he has the speed. He is a good fighter but I dont see where mayweather or Pac would have a problem with him.
Only seen a couple of Martinezes fights. Not trying to be smug here I am just wondering in what areas do you think Martinez can match Floyd/Pac in. Is he as fast as them, does he have an elusive technique etc. Please reply and give me your views with any fights of his I should watch that show his Skills the best in the ring.
