just one thing, you know, depression doesnt correlate with lack of brains, it actually goes the other way - very intelligent people are more susceptible to depression and other mental illnesses, in fact, with many of our greatest scientists suffering from them. Brains wont help you escape a very real and debilitating condition. Social support is one thing that counteracts it well.

So its unfair to suggest Ricky is stupid and thus hes succumbed to depression. Just be careful how you color mental illness, it could be you one day and I hope you dont, but if you do, you can bet your boots you will see it very different from the way you do now - I just mean the orignal poster, not everyone, sorry ..I just realied I sounded aggressive there!
