We had a similar dilemma in our house not all that long ago when my wife was told to try and cut it out of her diet.

Our solution was to start making wraps instead, didn't think I'd be that happy about it at first but was happy to join in to help & I love the things now. Square or circular whatever your preffered rolling method I have them about 3 times a week at lunch now, plus I feel far better for cutting out the white stuff.
