Wraps are great. We also heat them up in a pan for a miniute each side and drop on flaffels, taboli, diced tomatoe humus dip and greek style tslaki dip and you got a great tasting iron rich meal. Cutting up all the parsley for the taboli salad is a bit of work and waiting for the cracked wheat to expand in the water is a wait, but planned and taken in stages its a real easy meal.
