He should try and build up his credibility but he just wants the short cut to a title fight and the money, when that is not offered he will retire. He does not have the desire to fight the contenders for the title, he believes he is too good and should have the divine right to fight for the title when he is not good enough.

Yeah this retirement was just a negotiating tactic. Its all he has got left to negotiate with cuz he doesnt have anything else in order to force Vitali into making a move.
