preparing your own meals every meal will help reduce the calories, you can eat 3 normal meals a day or 6 small meals a day, make one big pot of food in a morning that you are gonna eat that day and then eat it when ever you want, use loads of green veg
and get to the gym, 40 minutes workout burns a meal
so if you are eating 3 meals equivalent and burning one then you should be losing weight
that dont work the same for everyone. All down to metabolism and person etc. Obviously you have no trouble keeping weight off

burn more callories than you eat and you will lose weight
i dont have any trouble with my weight because i train 6 days a week, i have hardly any fat on me at the minute, i eat a lot of food too, i make most of my own meals but i do eat fast food curries burgers kebabs i drink beer (although not that often any more) chocolate
