    Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the WBC supposed to force Chavez Jr. to either defend his belt against Sergio or vacate it after this last fight?

    well but Sulainman's relationship with Jr has nothing to do with Arum, it has everything to do with the fact that his best friend is JCC Sr.
