At least you admit Wlad wouldn't have been able to beat him without excessively cheating I think Prime Bowe vs Vitali could have gone either way, but as you clearly accept on some level Wlad wouldn't have a chance of living with him on the inside and Bowe did have a chin, that one would only end badly for Wlad imo.

What's the matter with tying up? Tyson did it, Ali did it, Lewis did it. ALL GREAT CHAMPIONS BEND OR BREAK THE RULES: Joe Louis is the ONLY great fighter I can think of that didn't have something he did that is considered cheating. Rocky Marciano used his forearms, he hit people when they were already down, Ali backhanded his jab and hung on the necks of his opponents, Lennox Lewis held and hit, Mike Tyson did in number of "dirty tricks"....why hate on Wlad, why single him out?

Riddick Bowe never would have lived with either of the Klitschko's in a match....in his prime or right now. It's not like Riddick: is difficult to hit, had all that much power to begin with, or had a great chin. The reason the fights with Holyfield were good was because Evander didn't have much power, he liked to fight on the inside (Bowe obliged him), and Evander's workrate pushed Bowe. Do you not think Wlad could school Bowe the way Golota did except without the low blows? Perhaps you don't realize how Bowe got dominated by Andrew Golota TWICE!

THe glaring difference is all of those guys would tie up while still trying to inflict punishment on their opponents, and it wasn't the ONLY thing they could do on the inside, it was part of their offensive in large part. Wlad is THE heavyweight champion and all he can do on when someone gets in close is hug them for dear life, that's why I single him out. It serves no purpose other than to buy him time and space from the ref(which it shouldn't) because he can't fight on the inside worth shit. I think Bowe would have pummeled him in his prime, which was well before he met Golota, and I don't have Riddick Bowe posters in my bedroom either.
