This fight should have happened 03 right after Margarito beat 6head lewis but Don King wasnt going to let Mayorga anywhere near the killa..

I guess this fight still makes sense for several reasons. I mean where else can they go at this point..

Margarito beats Mayorgas ass anyday of the week but with his eye, u just never know... He needs to just retire. I dont want Mayorga winning via a doctor stoppage like Cotto did..

There aint nothing rubbish about it and your timeline if off. Mayorga lost his titles to Spinks at the end of 03 and Margarito beat 6head Lewis 2 months after.. Margarito was the WBO champ at the time and a fight Mayorga would have been perfect. Instead, he chose to fight Eric Mitchell and ended up in a big money fight with Tito.. I understand him and King were chasing the money but alot of fans were clamoring for Mayorga-Margarito..
