haha, i see that this matter is weighing on your mind a bit. I often think about this when i'm training, and i would say i lose my sharpness after 3 days of inactivity. Thats sitting around doing shit basically. Then when i'm back in the gym, i'd say like a gym and sparring session later and i feel my rhythm come back.

Too much inactivity is bad though. It shakes your confidence, when you go back to the gym not feeling 100%. In my case right now, i'd be happy i could be back at the gym at 70%. Partying is no good
