Ya dont get paid for sick days, also, if your off the day before a bank holiday or the day after then they dont pay ya for the BH, a way of cutting out all the supposed sick days either side of them. They a quite sneaky like that.

Currently training staff based in Uzbekistan, although in the new year were moving operations to Singapore.What third world country you working in mate?
